  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • ½ cup sliced black olives

  • 2–3 tbsp capers

  • Fresh arugula for garnish

  • A drizzle of olive oil


Instructions

1. Prepare the Pizza Dough

If using homemade dough, start by activating the yeast. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, and knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Once it doubles in size, punch it down and shape it into a round pizza base.
